Here’s some information to help you organise your competition.

OPENING OF STABLES :

• Tuesday : 14h00-19h00
• Wednesday : 08h00-13h00 / 16h00-19h00
• Thursday : 08h00–13h00

BEFORE ACCESSING THE STABLES :

Temperature check (remember to bring your thermometer), open :

• Tuesday : 17h00-19h00
• Wednesday : 08h00-13h00 et 16h00-19h00
• Thursday : 08h00-13h00

Your stabling number will be given to you at the temperature check. For horses arriving before 5.00 pm on Tuesday, please report to the car park alongside the orange arena at 5.00 pm for your temperature check. From 7.00pm on Tuesday, if you arrive outside the time slots indicated above, please do not forget to let Simon, stable manager, know: simon@pec-lemans.com / +33 243 896 693 so that he can arrange your transit boxes (please let him know during opening hours).

AFTER ENTERING THE STABLES :

• Shavings/hay orders: please contact the secretariat (Great Hall).
• Check in at the secretariat after the temperature check but before the horse inspection, with your horse’s documents. You’ll receive your headrest number there.
• Accreditations: can be collected from the secretariat (Grand Hall).

PAYMENTS

FRENCH RIDERS:

Consumables (shavings, hay, saddlery, etc.) must be paid to the general secretariat at the latest before the horses’ books or passports are collected.

FOREIGN RIDERS :

Consumables (shavings, hay, saddlery, etc.) must be paid to the general secretariat at the latest before the horses’ books or passports are collected. You can then pay your ENTRY to Marie H. Any prize money will be deducted from the ENTRY fee.
