Here are the dates when forms will be available for the November CDI at the Pôle Européen du Cheval.

Rider form (compulsory): AVAILABLE HERE
Available from 29 October to 3 November. You will find all the information you need to organise your visit ( stables, date of arrival, accreditation, tack rooms, training, additional information, etc.).

Renewal Request Form for Export Documents (Horses): AVAILABLE HERE
Available from October 29th to November 6th, this form is essential for renewals. After this deadline, incomplete requests will not be processed. Please note that no renewals can be carried out on Monday (public holiday).
