UPON YOUR ARRIVAL

To best prepare for your arrival at the CSI, please find below all the practical information.

Stable Opening

Before Accessing the Stalls (Near the Orange Arena or Barns):

• • Your control zone will be indicated to you at the entrance of parking lot P1. Upon providing your name, the person at the entrance will direct you on where to park.
  • Temperature Check:
    Make sure you bring your thermometer!
    • Wednesday : from 14h to 19h
    • Thursday: from 8 am to 12 pm. Resuming from 1 pm to 4 pm. Your stall number will be provided during this

After accessing the boxes:

• • Orders:
    To order wood shavings or hay, please contact the Secretariat at the entrance of the Grand Hall.
  • Do not forget to go to the secretariat to declare your arrival: Go to the secretariat after the temperature check. You will then receive your headcollar number and your accreditations

Accréditations

Accreditations will be available from Wednesday at 2:30 PM at the Secretariat. You will be able to make any necessary modifications there.

Orse inspection

• 9h00 – 11h00 : Horse Inspection CSI 1* / YH 6 & 7 – MANDATORY for horses entered in the afternoon competitions.

• 14h00 – 18h00 : Horse Inspection CSI 2* / P / AM

Payments

• • Consumables:
    
    The fees for consumables (wood shavings, hay, tack, etc.) must be paid at the General Secretariat no later than before the horses’ record books or passports are collected.

• • Late CSI1* and AM, must be settled at the latest when collecting your passports Marie H

• • Entry Fee (Foreign Riders): Then, you can settle your engagement with Marie H. Any potential winnings will be deducted from your fee.
